ELIKO delegation attended the IPSO Alliance Member Meeting.
ELIKO delegation attended the IPSO Alliance member meeting in Mountainview, California at Google headquaters. The official meeting consisted of three different blocks: press reception, an interoperability demo event and an annual members meeting.
The official press releases about the press reseption and interoperability demo event can be found from the offical IPSO Alliance website. IPSO Alliance members meeting focussed on the general working plan for IPSO Alliance in 2012, but also on the tasks and results of all the alliance's individual working groups. In 2012 ELIKO foresees its involvment in IPSO in the security and interoperability domains and thus will particpate in these two workgroups.

ELIKO developed a communication module for an insulin pump

The aim of the developed device is to alarm parents of critical events recorded by the pump (e.g. low insulin, low battery etc) when they are not close by their children, like in the case of sleeping.
